Since its introduction in 2010 the revolutionary Sherco ST series continues to receive practical updates and improvements. Sherco really showed their commitment to the future with the 2011 model. A huge investment by the factory allowed them to produce the crankcases in die-case aluminium, following Japanese Technology, to bring the trials customer an engine of true quality.

The new bike uses Tech suspension units that are lighter and more efficient. It also utilizes new billet triple clamps that allow a new “Cabestany” handlebar to be used.
As in the predecessor version, at the heart of the Sherco is a powerful 300 cc motor that utilizes a new cylinder head that is fed by a Keihin 28 mm carburettor.

Both the intake and exhaust ports have received minor tweaks. The airbox has received improvements that allow the air to flow more freely through the air filter and into the engine. The exhaust header tube is made from titanium and is conical in shape close to the cylinder in order to facilitate the acceleration of the exhaust gases from the engine which improves its efficiency. The slight improvements in the intake and exhaust system have allowed the CDI to be reprogrammed for increased efficiency and allow the engine to perform at higher RPM levels. All of this together provides improved torque and power resulting in breath taking performance. All of this without losing the drive-ability that characterizes Sherco motorcycles.

The Cabestany Replica has new gold wheels which fitted with X-Light Michelin tyres. The graphics are made from a stronger and more resilient PVC to improve adhesion and are more scratch resistant.
