Shipping

Postage is charged by weight, this keeps postage charges to a minimum. All UK packages will be sent with Royal Mail First Class service and delivery, providing the parts are in stock, is usually received the next working day but it can take up to 3 days. All over size packages, i.e. rear mudguards, tyres etc. will be sent with the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.

All worldwide packages are sent by the Royal Mails Airmail or International Signed For service, this takes 3 to 5 working days for Western Europe and 4 to 7 working days for Easten Europe, the rest of world can take from 5 to 9 working days depending on the local postal service.

Returns and Refunds

We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds on items over 30 days are subject to our discretion.

1. 1. Wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
2. 2. Return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. (Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery).
3. 3. Please remember to contact us before sending the goods back.
4. 4. Include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
5. 5. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the refund to be processed
