The 64 to 76.5N/mm Red spring is the standard spring on the 2006 and 2007 Sherco trials bikes, good for riders weighing 70 to 85 Kg (11 to 13 Stone).
The 70N/mm Black spring is the standard spring that comes on the Sherco trials bikes from 2008 to 2009, we would recommend this stiffness of spring for riders weighing 80 to 90 Kg (12.5 to 14 Stone).
The 70N/mm Yellow spring is the standard spring that comes on the Sherco trials bikes from 2010 to 2011 plus the 2012 125 and 250's, we would recommend this stiffness of spring for riders weighing 80 to 90 Kg (12.5 to 14 Stone).
