Large washer found on the back side of the clutch hub, this washer tends to stick to the back of the hub when it is removed and then slide off shortly after disappearing in to the depths of your garage.
If this washer isn't put back on the clutch will slip (similar to if the clutch rod was to long) and it can rub on the basket causing damage.
