Sherco Water pump shaft

This shaft may be required if coolant is getting into the gearbox oil turning it into a white emulsion or oil or water is leaking from the check hole just under the water pump. The shaft can sometimes be worn in the seal contact areas hence the possible need for replacement.

It's recommended to renew the seals and the bearings when replacing the shaft.
