Postage is charged by weight, this keeps postage charges to a minimum. All packages under 3Kg will be sent with Royal Mail First Class service and delivery is usually received within 3 days. All orders over 3Kg will be sent with Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds on items over 14 days are subject to our discretion.

1. Wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
2. Return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. (Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery).
3. Please remember to contact us before sending the goods back.
4. Include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. 5. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the refund to be processed
