Possibly can also be used as a replacement for the discontinued Montesa Cota 315R rear brake master cylinder as found on the early 1997 to 2000 models. The body of this master cylinder is slightly bigger where the reservoir hose connects so the cylinder needs spacing off from the frame to allow it to fit, the original came with captive nuts but there isn't enough material to fit these so you'll need to use longer bolts and nuts. Finally the pushrod on the brake lever requires shortening, so it's not ideal but it's the best option we found so far.
