XiU-rdi Engineering is probably the most influensial company in regards to the mechaincal design of modern day trials bikes.

XiU Serra, the main engineer, designed the GasGas Pro engine, including the innovative 6 speed gearbox with only 4 gear sets and the diaphragm clutch. He also designed the Ossa TR280i trials bike and currently works for many of the trials bike manufactures.
