Our Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Splat Products Ltd of Unit 3, Broombank Park, Sheepbridge, Chesterfield, S41 9RT ("we" and "us") to the customer ("you") and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.

All orders placed by you are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Your Rights

Splat Products Ltd is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Splat Products Ltd is safe. You won't get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods, our returns policy allows 90 days.

Pricing

Splat Products Ltd is VAT registered (100406681), our prices include VAT. Customers outside of the UK will not be charged VAT, VAT will be removed at checkout. We do our best to ensure the prices are correct and up to date, errors may occur and in this case you may be contacted before your order is shipped.

Stock Levels

Stock levels are updated live on the website, we try to keep this as accurate as possible. If there is a problem with the availability of a product marked as in stock we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.

Splat Products Ltd creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of Splat Products Ltd and may not be used by any other party without express permission of Splat Products Ltd.

All pictures, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Splat Products Ltd. It may not be copied or used without the express permission of Splat Products Ltd.

Accuracy of Information

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition in original packaging within 90 days of delivery. Refunds on items over 90 days are subject to our discretion. Any item that has not been delivered may be cancelled at any time by phone or email and a full refund will be issued.
