AJP Master Cylinder Piston & Seal Kit - Dot 4 - 9.5mm

AJP master cylinder seal repair kit for the AJP front brake and clutch master cylinders using DOT 4 brake fluid.

These seal kits used to be available with different plungers (the pin fits in the rubber boot and goes between the lever and the piston) but they are only available with a 22mm now, if you need to re-use your original plunger, or file down the new 22mm plunger to a better length.

22mm is the most common size found on AJP master cylinders.

20mm has been discontinued, please use the 22mm version instead & adjust the lever freeplay.

16mm has been discontinued, was used on some of the small AJP master cylinders with the inline plunger.

This AJP seal kit can be used on the Grimeca clutch and front brake master cylinders used on the late Beta Rev3 and the Beta Evo trials bikes, the main difference is the circlip holding it in place, the supplied circlip with the AJP kit will work fine or if you prefer the Grimeca set up you can happily reuse the original washer and circlip.
