The base gaskets are available in different thicknesses to allow the correct squish clearance to be achieved. The standard gasket is 0.5mm thick and is the most commonly used, the thinner shim gasket are often used together with the standard gasket.
We recommend you set your squish around
125cc 0.60mm (0.5mm minimum)
