This stator plate is a common failure on the Beta Rev 3 leaving the bike with no spark. The repair stator should last much longer than the original due to the better quality wire used to rewind the coil and the repair comes guaranteed for 6 months.
Sometimes when they fail you can check the resistance between the Black and Red wires and it will show no reading, on a good stator it should be around 250 to 320 Ohms.
