Belleville clutch spring support disc, available in Soft, Standard or Hard options.

Soft, reduces the spring preload to make the clutch pull lighter and slow the clutch engagement down.

Hard, increases the spring preload to prevent the clutch slipping on a worn pack or for expert riders it can be used to make the clutch action faster.
